Indeed, cities are becoming smarter and more and more connected to technology offering a new way of thinking about urban space. Thus, several initiatives have emerged to promote healthier and safer urban environments, better mobility within the city and more efficient public services and governance. IoT, Machine learning, Deep learning, Cloud-based technologies, Blockchain and Big Data provide the technical framework for implementing smart projects in different areas to improve the services and the citizens quality of life. Massive data and artificial intelligence should significantly support the sustainable development of future smart cities. The different growing areas of AI have helped transform cities to offer a better quality of life by incorporating technology into the daily activities of citizens. This workshop aims to bring together industry experts and researchers to discuss and interchange about the real needs and preconditions of a smart city. It is also an opportunity for academic researchers to present and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of smart cities and innovative technologies. It also provides a platform for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the latest innovations, trends and smart cities. The Workshop covers all topics of information technology and computer sciences related to smart cities, including education, NLP, health, banking business, home automation, Public services, governance, ... According to the current health situation with Covid-19, the conference will be shift to online conference.
